Here in America a lot of times sick leave, vacation and paid time off (PTO) are all rolled in to one… so if you been sick a lot & used up your PTO… the your maternity leave is unpaid 😬 I had decent retirement benefits at one job… otherwise my benefits are 🫣 not what you think 🤣
