Creamy Shrimp Pasta 🍝 Ingredients: 5 oz fettuccine pasta (about 2 ½ cups cooked) ½ lb raw shrimp (peeled and deveined) Season shrimp with: 1 tsp paprika, ½ tbsp garlic powder, ½ tbsp onion powder, salt & black pepper to taste 3 tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp butter 1 medium yellow onion, diced 4 garlic cloves, minced ½ tbsp paprika 1 tbsp Italian seasoning ½ tbsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste) Salt & black pepper, to taste ¾ cup heavy whipping cream (more if needed) ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded ¾ cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated (plus more for topping) ½ cup reserved pasta water Directions - Cook the pasta: Boil fettuccine until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain. - In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high. Add seasoned shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside. - In the same pan, melt butter. Add onion and cook until translucent. Stir in garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant. - Pour in heavy cream and stir. Add mozzarella and Parmesan, mixing until melted and creamy. Stir in reserved pasta water and let the sauce thicken for 2–3 minutes. - lastly, add pasta and shrimp to the sauce. Toss well and cook for 1 minute to absorb flavors. - Plate with extra Parmesan on top and garlic bread on the side
